| The location of the hotel was convenient. Sightseeing was well arranged. Services were prompt. Stay was very comfortable. We were given a grace period for check out time which showed their hospitality as well. |
| Bathroom started leaking from 6/7 places from top ceiling and had to shift to another room doing so we missed sight seeing bus. While checking out I was being overcharged for room service. Mistakes can be understood however our mood was totally spoiled.... Will not like to recommend this hotel at all. There are many better hotels than this in Mysore. |
| The hotel is located mid town and very close to the bus stand. We reached at 9 am and the hotel was very accommodative to get us early check in. As they did not have any Deluxe Room, so they upgraded us to Executive Rooms. We had booked two rooms and they gave us both the rooms next to each other. Rooms were clean, but sheets were not fixed. On pointing this out to the house keeping guys, they immediately changed the sheets. The buffet breakfast was an amazing spread. The in house restaurant of the hotel was also wonderful, great food and good service. However the prices were on the higher side. We travelled with my three- year- old daughter, and they customised food for her and pampered her with balloons or roses. Really good service. The checkout also just took us 2 minutes, the people at the reception knew their job well. The only issue was that the hotel cabs were over priced. |
